Guten Tag,
ich suche zum 15.12.2014 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne, ruhig und zentral gelegene 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Da ich selbst erst offiziell zum 31.1.15 kündigen kann, müsstest du dich noch mit meinem Vermieter absprechen. (Sollte aber kein Problem sein.)
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC, eine Kochnische mit Einbauküche. Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über einen Balkon zum Hof hinaus und in der Wohnung sind mehrere Einbauschränke. Es gibt ein eigenes Kellerabteil sowie eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Keller.
Verschiedene Läden sowie Straßenbahn und Bus sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
