ich suche eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für meine schöne Wohnung am Ebertplatz.
Der Zeitraum ist flexibel, mir persönlich passt Einzug ab dem 7.8 am besten, Auszugsdatum ist auch sehr flexibel nach Absprache wie es dir passt. Kann eventuell auch ganz übernommen werden.
Du wohnst an der schönen Sudermanstr, ist nah am Bahnhof, direkt am Rhein, nah an der schönsten Bar Kölns (King Georg), an der Kunst, an der Innenstadt, die Anbindung überallhin ist wunderbar.
Ich freue mich von dir zu hören und für uns beide eine gute Lösung zu finden.
