Meine wunderschöne Wohnung wird ab Mai frei!
Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht die größte, aber hat alles was man braucht!
Sie liegt im 6. Stock (es gibt einen Fahrstuhl!) und man hat dementsprechend eine super Aussicht über die Stadt!
Am besten an der Wohnung ist die Lage. Quasi direkt vor der Tür ist ein Netto, einige Kiosks und im Umkreis sind super viele Bars, Restaurants und Clubs. Die Haltestelle Moltkestraße liegt genau auf der anderen Straßenseite und auch zum Rudolfplatz sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß, die Anbindung lässt also auch keine Wünsche offen;)
Die Wohnung geht zum Innenhof raus, daher ist es trotz der Aachenerstraße ziemlich ruhig! Die „Küche“ ist im Flur und somit vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt, was ich ziemlich wichtig finde.
