Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Keller allen Mietern zur Verfügung.
Bei dem Angebot handelt es sich um Wohnen auf Zeit. Die Mietzeit beträgt maximal drei Jahre. Die Miete versteht sich als "All-inclusive" Miete und Internetzugang.

We offer a beautiful furnished apartment on the third floor for temporary accommodation from 1 December. The apartment has 41 square meters and has a bedroom with a balcony and a large kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with WC and shower and was completely renovated this year. Washing machine and dryer are available to all tenants in the basement.
The offer is for temporary living. The rental period is maximum of three years. The rent is an "all-inclusive" rent including and internet access.
In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße am Barbarossaplatz befindet sich im dritten Stock die Wohnung. Die Bahnlinien 9, 12, 15, 16 und 18 befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Linien 3 und 4 sowie der Bahnhof Süd mit Anbindung an das S-Bahn Netz sind fußläufig erreichbar.
In nächster Nähe gibt es ein breites Angebot an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u.a.: Edeka, Rewe, BioBasic.
Ein Parkplatz im Hof kann für 100€ im Monat dazu gemietet werden.
Eine wöchentliche Reinigung der Wohnung für 40€ kann auf Anfrage organisiert werden.
