Meine Wohnung ist gemütlich, hell und perfekt ausgestattet (TV, Küche, etc.) und liegt direkt im Zentrum/ Universitätsviertel! Eine sehr gute Lage: in der Nähe des Bahnhof Süds und in Laufweite zum Zülpicher Platz/ Rudolfplatz/ Aachener Weiher. Es steht ein eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Verfügung.

Brief description of the apartment:
My apartment is cozy, bright and perfectly equipped (TV, kitchen, etc.) and is right in the center/ university district! A very good location: close to the Süd train station and within walking distance to Zülpicher Platz/ Rudolfplatz/ Aachener Weiher. There is a private underground parking space available.

Neben dem Ausblick macht auch die Lage die Wohnung einzigartig. Die Zülpicher Straße mit Clubs und Bars ist fußläufig zu erreichen, aber auch das ruhige Sülz-Viertel mit seinen charmanten Restaurants ist nicht weit. Direkt vor dem Gebäude ist die Haltestelle "Weißhausstraße", von welcher Sie mit der Linie 18 so gut wie überall hinkommen. (10 Minuten zum Hbf ohne Umsteigen).
