Hallo,
da ich ab Anfang Juni eine WG mit einer Freundin gründe, suche ich für mein schönes Einzimmerappartment eine Nachmieterin/ einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein neues Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine Pantry-Küche. Der Balkon liegt zur Sonnenseite und hat von vormittags bis abends Sonne. Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar in Uninähe und zu der Kneipenmeile Zülpicher Straße.
Zu erwähnen ist die Bahnlinie in der Nähe. Die Fenster sind jedoch sehr gut isoliert, also mich hat es nicht sehr gestört (und es ist schön grün hinten raus, siehe Foto).
Internet kann übernommen werden, 20Euro bei Netcologne (Glasfaser).
Sehr angenehme Hausverwaltung, der Hausmeister kommt sofort bei etwaigen Problemen. KEINE MAKLERGEBÜHR!!!
