ich suche für meine helle 1-Zimmerwohnung einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Roonstr. / Zülpicherstr. und ist für Leute die Mitten im Leben sein wollen genau das Richtige.
Was studieren, einkaufen, Feiern, Straßenbahnhaltestelle und alles andere anbelangt, habt ihr alles vor der Haustür.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer mit einer Küche sowie ein Badezimmer. Es gibt jedoch kein Kellerraum und auch kein Balkon.
Aufgrund der 3 großen Fenster ist die Wohnung sehr hell.
Da die Wohnung direkt an der Roonstr.(4 spurig) liegt, hört man etwas die Autos fahren. Das hat aber mich persönlich nie gestört.
Also wenn Ihr euch die Wohnung anschauen wollte dann ruft mich an oder schickt mir eine Mail.
