Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber durch das Hochbett sehr gut ausgenutzt. Es gibt eine Pantryküche mit zwei Herdplatten und Spüle und die Möglichkeit eine Waschmaschine anzuschließen. Eine weiter Hochebene ist als Abstellmöglichkeit sehr praktisch.
Das Bad ist im Glanz der 70er Jahre gefliest.
Der Vermieter möchte Gehaltsabrechnungen haben oder eine Elternbürgschaft.
Bitte ruft erst ab 17 Uhr an oder schreibt mir eine Nachricht.
Sehr zentral und Uni-nah!
Zu übernehmen sind zwei Regale, die in der Küche angebracht sind (30 Euro) und ein Elektrogrill (20 Euro). Außerdem verkaufe ich meine Matratze (1 Jahr alt, für 50 Euro) und wer will meinen Fatboy (100 Euro). Im Bad steht ein kleines Regal, dass ich auch von meiner Vormieterin übernommen habe. Das würde ich sonst wegschmeißen.
