Die Bahnverbindung ist sehr gut. Die Linie 12 und 15 sind in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Barbarosaplatz befindet sich nur wenige Minuten entfernt und der Südbahnhof ist auch sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt für den ganzen Zeitraum (anderthalb Monaten)mit allem 500 Euro. Die Wohnung kann auch bis Ende des Monats zu dem Preis von 300 Euro vermietet werden.
