Ich vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 11.08-31.08.12, da ich in dieser Zeit nicht in Köln sein werde.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Schlaf/-Wohnzimmer, einen Flur mit Küche und großem Kleiderschrank und ein Bad mit Dusche.
Im Keller kann eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner kostenlos genutzt werden. Ein kleiner Kellerraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Uni-Nähe und hat direkte S-Bahn (Eifelwall) sowie Zuganschluss(Südbahnhof). Das Studentenviertel sowie die Mensa ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Für Miete + sämtliche Nebenkosten fallen 320 Euro an. Als Kaution nehme ich 200 €. Das ganze gilt vom 11.08.-31.08.12! Falls es hier kleine Abweichungen gibt, wird man sich bestimmt auch einig.
