Suche einen Nachmieter für eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, hat hohe Decken und einen kleinen Balkon. Spüle und Kühlschrank sind in der Miete enthalten. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 400 Euro. Hinzu kommen Nebenkosten in Höhe von ca 80 Euro sowie Strom und Heizung (bisher ca 60 Euro). Eine 2,5 Jahre alte Waschmaschine, Küchenregale, ein geräumiger 2,5 Jahre alter Kleiderschrank und bei Interesse auch ein Herd können günstig (insgesamt 200 Euro) abgegeben werden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof Süd, also in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Zülpicher Str., Barbarossaplatz, Uni etc. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt am Bahnhof Süd liegt, ist sie erstaunlich ruhig.
