Hallo,
da ich mit meinem Studium bald am Ende bin, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein 1-Zimmer-Appartment in der Zülpicher Straße, Stadtteil Neustadt Süd. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und besteht aus einer Kochnische, Duschbad,sowie einem Kellerverschlag, letzterer gelegen im Kellergeschoss.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer so genannten „Junggesellenküche“ mit Hängeschrank, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Bett mit Matratze, einem Schreibtisch und einem Hängeregal. Obwohl es mit knapp 14m² recht klein ist, kann man es sich gemütlich machen. Das Fenster ist hinten raus, wodurch man kaum Straßenlärm hört.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man hat die Bahnlinie 9 quasi vor der Haustür. Zum Zülpicher Platz läuft man knapp 5 Minuten, von dort fahren die Linien 12 und 15. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man vom Bahnhof Süd, welcher auch in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist, knapp 9 Minuten.
