Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Chlodwigplatz, die Küche nach vorne, das Zimmer nach hinten ist sehr ruhig. Bad und Flur liegen in der Mitte. Bei einer Neuvermietung kann der Mietpreis steigen. Ich erfrage noch, wie hoch.
