Die Wohnung ist in der Kyffhäuser Strasse. Also superzentral, d.h. 1 min Fussweg zur Haltestelle Dasselstrasse / BHF Süd sowie 3 min zum Barbarossaplatz bzw. Zülpicher Platz.
Die Mensa ist ca. 3 min, die Uni ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts auch jede Menge (Plus, Mini-Mal, Kaisers am Zülp. Platz). Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof, also ruhig gelegen.
In der ganzen Wohnung, d.h. auch in der Koschnische, liegt Laminat. Fahrräder oder ähnliches kann man im Hinterhof abstellen. Ein Kellerraum gehört auch zur Wohnung.
Ich ziehe aus, weil ich mit Freunden eine WG gegründet habe.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort beziehbar.
