Ich suche eine/n NachmieterIn für mein gemütliches Zimmer in einer WG. Die WG hat zwei Bewohner mit eigenem Zimmer und einem Wohnzimmer. Du würdest dir diese gemütliche Wohnung im herzen Kölns mit einer netten Mitbewohnerin teilen.
Die Küche ist neu und sehr hochwertig. Sie hat alle Annehmlichkeiten von Spülmaschine bis Backofen. Im Dachspeicher kann man seine Wäsche zum trocknen aufhängen.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und das Wohnzimmer hat seine Fenster zur Südseite und hat genug Licht für Pflanzen.

The kitchen is completely furnished with stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The attic is available for hanging laundry. The bathroom comes with a bathtub. The living room that faces south receives plenty of light and currently houses many green plants.

Die Wohnung ist zu beiden Seiten einem Innenhof zugewandt wodurch kein lästiger Lärm die Nächte stört.
The location is extremely convenient. It is only 3-5min away from Rewe, DM, post office, etc and 1min away from tram #1, #7 and bus #146 and #136. The university is within walking distance or 5min of biking.
The windows face away from the streets so the apartment is very quiet.
Meine Mitbewohnerin die in der Wohnung wohnen bleibt ist Medizinstudentin und Sie ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Sie sucht MitbewohnerInnen zwischen 20 und 35 Jahren die am besten eine Weile einziehen möchten. Sie spricht fließend Englisch.
Die Küche wurde letztes Jahr neu bei Ikea gekauft und vom Fachmann eingebaut. Neupreis war damals 3000 €
Da ich selber einen Abschlag in meiner neuen Wohnung zahlen muss verkaufe ich die Küche für 2200 € exclusive Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Wenn Du ein Bett (inklusive Matratze) 140x200 suchst kannst Du bei Interesse mein Bett auch übernehmen.
Die Vorhänge im Zimmer überlasse ich euch für umsonst.
