Meine Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mitten im Belgischen Viertel. Sie ist sehr hell, da von beiden Seiten Licht reinkommt. Die breite Fensterbank lädt auch zum drauf sitzen ein. Für mich fühlt sich das an wie ein kleiner Balkon und kompensiert an der Stelle.
ÖPNV: Roonstr vor der Tür, Moltkestr in 3min, Rudolfplatz in 5min. Deutz in 15min und Hbf in 20min erreichbar.
