Ich biete mein schönes, helles 1-Zimmer-Appartement (Wohn-/Schlafraum, Küche, Bad, Flur mit Nische, großer Balkon) für 6 Monate (01.04. bis 30.09.2022) zur Untermiete an.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.

Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist sehr hell und hat eine große Fensterfront. Das Bett ist 1,40m breit und hat eine neue Premium-Matratze in zwei Liegehärten. Vom Sofa aus blickt man ins Grüne. Der Schrank ist ist 1,50m breit und bietet viel Stauraum. Einen Schreibtisch und Regale gibts natürlich auch. TV-Anschluss ist vorhanden aber kein Fernseher.

Die Küche ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld und Backofen sowie Küchenutensilien (u. a. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Esstisch für 4 Personen.

Der Balkon liegt zum Innenhof, ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und man hat von mittags bis abends Sonne!

Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.

Der Flur hat eine Nische mit Einbauregalen für zusätzlichen Stauraum.

Nur Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

Die Wohnung ist zentral und ruhig gelegen, die Bahnhaltestelle Eifelstraße ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar, der Barbarossaplatz in 7 Minuten. Supermarkt, Bäcker und eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Cafés befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den nächstgelegenen Park (Volksgarten) erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten.
