Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
schweren Herzens trenne ich mich von meiner 1,5 Zimmer großen Wohnung. Das gesamte Haus wurde Ende 2009 saniert, es ist also sehr modern.
Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer und einer geräumigen Wohnküche (Küche müsste übernommen werden Preis VB). Einen schönen Balkon gibt es auch. Waschmaschine kann im Keller untergebracht werden. Der Kellerraum ist etwa 9qm groß.
Die Anbindung ist sehr gut (4 Minuten zur Halstestelle Nesselrodestraße, 1 Minute zur Haltestelle Weidenpescherstraße). Insgesamt ist man in 10 Minuten mitten in der Innenstadt.
Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es Aldi, Netto, Rewe, Mc Donalds.
Die Autobahnauffahrt ist innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.
