Hallo,
habe die Wohnung gestern auch schonmal reingestellt, konnte aber keine Fotos hochladen. Also, das Zimmer ist ca. 30m^2 gross und hat den BAlkon auf der Südseite. Da die Wohnung im 4ten Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) liegt, kann man im Sommer problemlos abends noch in der Sonne sitzen. Auf dem BAlkon befindet sich zudem noch eine kleine Abstellkammer auf der man alles unnötige wie Putzkram, getränke etc. verstauen kann. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung (inkl. Bad) erst 2005 vom Vermieter frisch renoviert worden und somit in einem TOP Zustand. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle (Bus fährt alle 10min. richtung Ebertplatz) und wenn man 5min läuft ist man auch direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Lohsestrasse. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind natürlich auch innerhalb 2min zu erreichen (Plus,Rewe). Bei interesse könnt ihr mich gerne anrufen:)
