da ich ab Januar für sechs Monate (und eventuell länger) nicht in Köln bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung zwischenvermieten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, frisch gestrichen, hat hohe Decken (Dachwohnung in einem Altbau) und ist mit Laminat ausgelegt.
Die IKEA-Küche verfügt über Herd, Kühlschrank, Spül- und Waschmaschine, alles ist recht neu und in gutem Zustand. Man kann zu zweit oder dritt dort sitzen.
Das Duschbad ist ebenfalls neu.
Das Zimmer ist mit Tisch, Sofa und Regalen ausgestattet.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Neusser Straße mit Supermärkten, Apotheke etc. und die U-Bahnhöfe Lohse- und Florastraße.
