Nippes ist ein sehr schönes Viertel mit Cafés, Restaurants und einem eigenen Flair. Zentral liegt der Wilhelmplatz mit täglichem Wochenmarkt und schönem Flohmarkt im Sommer, von der Wohnung nur 2-Min zu Fuß.
Zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Lohsestr. sind es 3-Min Fußweg, Dom/Hbf und Innenstadt sind nur 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt und in 11 Minuten erreichbar, S-Bahn-Station Anbindung "Nippes". Neben dem Markt am Wilhelmplatz gibt es sehr gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten an der Neusserstr., 3-Min Fußweg.
Ich bin derzeit auf Reisen, wenn sich dies ändert und ich die Whg kündige, es ist offen wann dies sein wird, kann es einen Wechsel vom Untermietverhältnis zum festen Mietverhältnis geben.
