During my Erasmus semester, my flat in Cologne-Nippes is unoccupied. The flat consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining area, small bathroom and separate shower. Perfect for 1 person.
You can be in the park within 5 minutes, at the university within 20 minutes and the Rhine is not far away either. There are also shops in the immediate vicinity. There are very good train connections to the tram and also to the regional train. It is an apartment building in a quiet street.
Since I will only be taking 2 suitcases with me, the flat is for rent furnished. I will free up a few compartments in each room, which should be able to accommodate the same amount of things. Therefore I would like to take a deposit of 200€ at the beginning, which you will get back at the end if everything is ok. Please also have a liability insurance in case something gets broken.
The rent of 550€ includes all costs (heating, electricity, water...) and WiFi.
If you are female, neat and looking for a nice place to stay in Cologne for an internship, Erasmus or similar during the period, I would be happy to hear from you. Tell me a little bit about yourself and if everything fits I will contact you for a video call or for a meeting in real life.
