ich bin schon bald für 1 halbes Jahr im Ausland und suche Dich zur Untermiete für mein schönes, gemütliches, farbenfrohes und komplett möbliertes 40 m² Einzimmerappartement. Neben einem großen Wohnraum hat die Wohnung ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche, einen Balkon ins Grüne und eine große Küche nebst Spülmaschine und Vorratsraum.
Im Wohnzimmer steht eine große (ausziehbare) Couch, ein Schaukelsessel, eine kleine Bar mit 2 Stühlen, ein Hochbett und darunter ein Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch. Im Waschraum im Keller steht meine Waschmaschine, die Du gerne benutzen kannst. Guck' am besten die Fotos an, dann bekommst Du bestimmt eine bessere Vorstellung. Bist Du sauber, verantwortungsbewusst, nett und vertrauenswürdig, meld' Dich doch gerne.
Der Preis liegt bei 633 € im Monat inkl. Nebenkosten, Ökostrom und Internet. Außerdem erhebe ich zur Sicherheit eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000 €, die Du natürlich am Ende wiederbekommst, sollte mit Wohnung und Einrichtung alles in Ordnung sein.

soon I will be abroad for half a year. For this time I'm looking for you to rent my beautiful, cosy, colourful and completly furnished 40 m² singleroomflat! Beside a huge living/ sleeping room, the apartment got a balcony into the green, a small bathroom with bathtub/shower and a big kitchen with dishwasher and a tiny store room. In the living room there is an extendible couch, a rocking armchair, a small bar with 2 chairs, a loft bed and underneath a writing desk for working. In the basement in the common laundry there is my washer which you can use, too. If you watch the fotos, you will get a better impression. If you are a nice, friendly, clean, responsible and trustworthy person, I would be pleased to get a mail or phone call of yours. The price of 633 € a month includes everything like utilities, electricity, internet, etc. Furthermore I charge 1000 € surety, which you will get back in the end if everything is fine with my flat and furniture.

Aparte de una sala/dormitorio grande, hay un balcón al verde, un baño chiquito con bañadera/ducha y una cocina grande con lavaplatos y trasterito. En la sala hay un sofá estirable, una mecedora, un bar pequeño con dos sillas, una cama alta y abajo un buró. En el sotano hay mi lavadora que puedes usar también. Si mires las fotos, vas a tener una impresión mejor. Me alegraré si me escribieres un correo electrónico o me llamares si eres una persona responsable, amable, limpia, confiable y digna de confianza. El precio para un mes son es 633 € incluido todo (calefacción, agua, corriente, telefóno, internet). Además cobro una fianza de 1000 € que vas a recobrar al fin si todo está bien con mi apartamento y los muebles.
Die Wohnung liegt in Köln Poll nur 15 min. entfernt von Köln Messe/Deutz. Vor der Haustür weniger als 4 min. Fußweg entfernt gibt es eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 7 ins Zentrum (11 min.) und eine Bushaltestelle der Linie 159 nach Köln Kalk (10 min.). Ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar liegen Supermärkte, Drogerie, Gastronomie und was man sonst noch so braucht. Ins Grüne zum Rhein und den Poller Wiesen dauert es zu Fuß 15 min. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in einer Viertelstunde über die Südbrücke an Technischer Hochschule, Ubierring, Clodwigplatz und der Südstadt.
The flat is located in Köln Poll just 15 min. away from Trade Fair Deutz. Next tram station is just a few minutes away (line 7) and you can get into the center of Cologne in less than 15 min. There is a busstation (line 159) close to the house, too (to Köln Kalk), as well as supermarkets, drugstores, gastronomy and all you need for living. You can go into the green, to the Rhine (the biggest river in Europe) and to the Poller Wiesen en less than 15 min. With the bicycle you will need the same time to reach the southern districts of Cologne where the University of Applied Sciences is located as well as the Ubierring and the Chlodwigplatz.
El apartamento es localizado en Köln Poll solamente 15 min. lejos de la Feria Comercial Deutz. Frente de la casa (menos que 4 minutos de camino) hay una estación de la metro (linea 7) con que puedes llegar al centro en menos que 15 minutos. También hay una estación del bus (linea 159) muy cerca que va a Köln Kalk igual que supermercados, droguerías, gastronomía y todo que necesitas para vivir. Si quieres salir del ruido de la ciudad, puedes llegar en menos que 15 minutos al Rin (el río más grande en Europa) donde hay tranquilidad y naturaleza. También han los Poller Wiesen. Con bicy puedes ir en cince minutos a los barrios del sur de Colonia donde hay la Universidad de las Sciencias Aplicadas, el Chlodwigplatz y el Ubierring.

Da das Appartment komplett mit meinen Möbeln ausgestattet ist und ich nach einem halben Jahr wieder zurück in eine saubere und vollständige Wohnung kommen möchte, setze ich voraus, dass Du verantwortungsbewusst, respektvoll, vertrauenswürdig, sauber und nett bist.

The flat is completly furnished with my stuff and after half a year I really want to come back into an apartment which is complete and clean. Therefore I will just accept people who are kind, respectful, responsible, clean and trustworthy.
