Hello!
My name is Maria, I am a 23 year old student who offers her cozy little room to an Erasmus student (or any other exchange programme).
The complete monthly price for the bedroom (all costs included: Electricity, water, internet) is 150 Euros. It is fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk and bookshelf. I will also supply you with Kitchen utensiles, bedsheets, blanket and towels.
The bedroom is individual but you share the kitchen with 8 other students (don´t wory, the kitchen is big enough, I have lived here for over a year already and never had any problems) and the toilet with one other person.
It is a little less than ten minutes walking from the U Bahn stop Siegstraße (Line 16). Just 10 minutes away by Straßenbahn from the Technische Hochschule Köln in Ubierring (so if you are going to study Translation and Interpreting or Social work in the TH Köln, this room is definitely for you!). It is around 30 to 45 minutes away from the TH Köln campus Deutz and 25 minutes away from Zulpricher Platz.
This bedroom is ONLY available for STUDENTS.
