Hallo zusammen,
ich suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter für meine süße 1. Zimmerwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss. Die Aufteilung ist super, man hat sehr viel Platz und im Bad ist ein großes Fenster.
Die Wohnung wird komplett möbeliert ohne Abschlag abgegeben. Von Wäscheklammern, Geschirr, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, Wascheständer, 2 Kommoden, 1 Kleiderstange, 1 Tisch + Bürostuhl, 1 Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine im Keller ist alles da, um sich ab den 1 Tag wohl zufühlen.
Vor der Haustür hat man quasi seine eigene Abstellkammer, dort ist genug Platz für Schuhe, Koffer etc...
Die Kühe wird mit einer Kommode getrennt. Die Küche beinhaltet eine Minispülmaschine, 1 Herdplatte, 1 Miniofen und einen Wasserkocher. Auch alles im Preis mit inbegriffen.
Die Lage ist hier sehr ruhig im Süden.
Jedoch hat man hier alles was man braucht. Zum Edeka oder Netto läuft man 5 Minuten.
Zur Bushaltestation läuft man ca. 7 Minuten, Straßenbahn gibt es hier leider nicht, jedoch ist man in 30 Minuten am HBF. Der Bus fährt alle 10 Minuten.
Außerdem gibt es ums Eck noch 2 Apotheken und einen sehr guten Hausarzt.
Meine Vermieterin stellt als Bedienung, dass man hier mind. 1 Jahr wohnen bleibt.
Aaaalso Ihr lieben, dann haut mal in die Tasten und schreibt mir eine kurze Bewerbung mit euren persönlichen Angaben.
