Ich suche schnellmöglichst einen Nachmieter für meine süsse 17 m² Wohnung direkt am Rudolfplatz. Die Kochnische ist mit dabei und seperat. Das Badezimmer ist super hell und neu mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Moltkestr. und liegt direkt an der Bahnhaltestelle. In 2-5 Minute befindet man sich direkt am Hohestaufenring und in weniger als 1 Minute am Aachener Weiher.
Außerdem befindet sich im Keller ein Waschraum(quasi wie im Waschsalon, nur das man den Weg zum Waschsalon spart:) )
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300 € (!)mit Strom und allem drin... (Strom,Nebenkosten,etc.)
Bei Interesse einfach Beischtigungstermin mit mir ausmachen, ich bin spontan!
