Ab dem 01.06.16 wird meine zentrale Wohnung in der Taubengasse 19 direkt am Zülpicher Platz frei. Zur Uniköln sind es 5 Minuten, die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür, besser geht es kaum. Die Wohnung hat ein dunkel gefliestes Bad, eine Dusche, dunkles Laminat und eine große Fensterfront. Eine Küche inkl Kühlschrank, Ober- und Unterschrank ist auch dabei. BEDINGUNG ist allerdings die Übernahme der Theke inkl. Edelstahl-Rolloschrank, einem in einer Nische eingebauten Kleiderschrank, diverse Badmöbel und das Bett (ohne Matratze & ohne Lattenrost). Dafür hätte ich gerne 700€. Als Besichtigungstermin bietet sich nächste Woche, aufgrund der knappen Zeit an. Hurry up!
