Lovingly furnished appartment for sublet in June-August (optionaly in september as well).
I will be out of town for work and will sublet this appartment to someone tidy i trust.
If you’re looking for a place to stay for an internship or simply dont find anything to stay permanently.
The flat is located in the beautiful district Südstadt. You can walk to the city centre in under 20 minutes and the main station is only 20-25’ by train. In Südstadt you can find everything to live a fulfilled summer. You can sit by the river in the sun (walk about 5 minutes), find cute cafés and delicious restaurants with cuisines from all around the world. I think it’s the absolutely most beautiful area to live around cologne <3 also people are lovely here!!!
In the appartment yoh will find washing machines and a little kitchen where you find anything you need.
Theres no balcony and smoking is strictly prohibited!
