Zum 1.12. vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer Whg im Kölner Süden. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Blick zum Park, eine eigene kleine Küche und ein Bad inkl. Badewanne! Besonders im Sommer kann man den großen Garten hinterm Haus toll nutzen. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein geräumiger Kellerraum und es gibt mehrere Waschmaschinen, die man nutzen kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Volksgarten und ist nur eine Minute von der Haltestelle Eifeplatz (Linie 12), sowie nur wenige Minuten von den Haltestellen Eifelstraße und Barbarossaplatz entfernt. Auch der Chlodwigplatz ist nicht weit!
Da ich fast alle meine Möbel in der Wohnung lasse, werde ich diese an meinen Nachmieter für insgesamt 700€ (keine VB) verkaufen - alle Möbel sind aber in einem sehr guten Zustand, sodass sie dann auch problemlos weiterverkauft werden können :)
