Sie ist ca. 33 quadratmeter groß, liegt im Erdgeschoss zum Hinterhof raus (also sehr ruhig nachts!), Bad mit Badewanne, abgetrennte Küche mit Backofen/Herd, Fernseher, Festnetzanschluss und DSL (KEINE Flatrate), zentral in der schönsten Straße Kölns (Volksgartenstraße), direkt gegenüber des Volksgartens (Biergarten, Teich, Tretboote, Enten..) und zehn Min Fußweg zum Chlodwigplatz mit Supermärkten/Cafés/Kneipen. Mit dem Rad sind es zehn Min zur Uni, zehn Min in die Innenstadt und zehn Min zum Rhein, ein paar KVB-Bahnen halten fünf Min entfernt (Haktestelle Ulrepforte). Kostet 450 Euro warm.
