die Wohnung ist sehr schön und vor allem hell!
Die Zwischenmiete könnte auch verlängert oder verkürzt werden.
Die Wohnung hat keine Heizung und man heizt mit Radiatoren, die über den Strom laufen.Aber nun wirds ja sommer, also egal!
Ich berechne insgesamt 350 Euro Miete, die Nebenkosten und der Strom ist darin enthalten.D.h. da kommt nichts mehr drauf. Telefon und Kabel oder Internet ist nicht enthalten.
Es gibt ein Zimmer, eine Küche , ein Bad und einen kleinen Flur!Die Küche hat nur eine Spüle, aber keinen Herd und keinen Kühlschrank!
