This is a temporary sublet for students. Anmeldung will not be possible.

I'm subletting my furnished single apartment with a private bathroom and kitchenette while I am traveling. The room has a balcony and faces the sunset. The building stays quiet throughout the day as there are both students and permanent residents living here. Public transit is available just outside the front door. There are washing machines in the building that you pay for with an app.

There is also a possibility to sublet again from June to mid-July.

This is located on the corner of the Uni Köln campus. Most of the university buildings are <15 minutes by foot.
Tram 18 to Neumarkt and Hbf is just outside the door. Bus 142 that crosses the main campus is outside the door. Tram 9 and Köln Süd Station are <10 minutes walk.
A Rewe and Aldi are across the street for groceries. There are cafes and restaurants in Sülz and Barbarossaplatz.

This is a large building where the majority of residents are not students, so there are rules limiting noise and guests (no parties). There is a deposit/kaution since the room is furnished, and there would be a charge for any damages.

We will make a contract for the sublet but an Anmeldung is not possible for this room.

Some of my belongings will remain in the apartment and I will try to place them out of the way.
