Ich vermiete meine schöne, ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung während einer Reise unter.
Eckdaten:
- 13.06. - 12.07. (etwas kürzerer Zeitraum nach Absprache)

- Lage in Sülz, nah am Grüngürtel und Volksgarten :)
- 1 Zimmer, Mini-Küche separat im Flur, Bad
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Yoga-/Meditationsecke. WLAN ist vorhanden. Die Lage zeichnet sich durch die Nähe zu den zwei schönen Parks Volkspark und Grüngürtel, die Nähe zum Südbahnhof und schöne Cafés und Lädchen aus. Die Linie 18 und der Bus 142 sind in 5-6 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Ein kleinerer Nachteil ist, dass es im Sommer eher warm in der Wohnung ist, sie also vllt. nicht passend für dich ist wenn dir schnell zu heiß ist. Ich komme aber auch im Sommer gut zurecht ;-)

The apartment is furnished with love including a yoga/meditation corner. There is wifi. The apartment is close to two wonderful and spacious parks and lovely cafes and boutiques in Sülz. Public transport is nearby (5-6 minutes walking distance to subway line 18 and bus 142, 12 min. walking/5 min. bike to train station Cologne South).
Minor disadvantage: rather warm in summer, so maybe not suitable for you if you get too hot quickly
