ich suche einen Nachmieter für absofort zum 01.10.2011.
Der folgende Wohnraum ist Teil-möbliert (Küche).
Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist ingesamt 23 m² groß, Warmmiete beträgt 295 €, liegt sehr zentral, Bahnhaltestelle zu Fuß in 2 min erreichbar, Bahnanbindung z.Bsp. mit der Linie 18 ca. 6 min. bis Neumarkt und 8 min. bis Dom/Köln Hbf. Die Universität zu Köln ist 10 min zu Füß erreichbar (Bus fährt ebenfalls dorthin). Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Real gegenüber, REWE, dm drogeriemarkt, Apotheke, ALDI, Netto. Gute Ausgehmöglichkeiten Innenstadt, Zülpicherplatz, für jeden was dabei.
Ps: die Nachbarn im Haus und der Vermieter sind/ist sehr nett. :)
