Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter (Nichtraucher) für 4Monate.Die Wohnung liegt in Köln- Sülz in kurzer Entfernung zur Uni (10-15min Fußweg) und Stadtzentrum. Es bestehen sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus auf der Berrenrather- und Sülzburgstr. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind mit der Linie 13, 18 und dem Bus 131 reichlich vorhanden. Mit der Linie 18 ist man in 10-15min am Barbarossaplatz, Neumarkt oder Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbiliert (Bad: Dusche, Toilette, Waschmaschine. Küche: kleine Kochniesche. Wohnzimmer: Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank. Balkon). Telefon- und Internet ist vorhanden.
