ich suche zum 1.1.2013 einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Stadtteil Sülz. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist ca 32 qm groß. Ich habe vor den Umzug so stressfrei wie möglich zu machen und würde daher auch meine Möbel vorzugsweise dem Nachmieter für einen verhandelbaren Preis vermachen. Die Kochnische mit Küchenmöbeln + ein paar Badezimmergegenstände sind jedoch Pflicht.
Wenn ihr an einer sehr ruhig gelgenen und zentralen Wohnung ideal für Studenten mit unmittelbaren Bahnverbindungen mit den Linien 9,12 und 18 interessiert seid, dann meldet euch bei mir.
