Es ist ein unabhängiges Apartment mit Wandschrank und Kochnische sowie einem kleinen Bad. Es hat eine große Fensterfront und einen Balkon nach Nordwesten. Das Zimmer ist annähernd quadratisch und erlaubt so volle Platznutzung. Ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Beistelltisch sind vorhanden.
Das Unicenter liegt direkt neben der Haltestelle Weißhausstraße (Linie 18) und auch zur Uni läuft man nur 5-10min. Ein Rewe findet sich schon auf der anderen Straßenseite, ein Real ist 5min und Lidl und Aldi 15min zu Fuß entfernt.
Außerdem befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eine Rezeption, die Pakete stellvertretend annimmt und Besucher durchstellt.
Interessenten dieses Appartments müssen seit MINDESTENS 1 Jahr auf der Warteliste des KSTW stehen. Es wird von mir vom 16.12. bis 31.12. untervermietet (150€). Ab 1.1. wird die Nachmiete offiziell (das KSTW vermietet nur zu Monatsanfang).
Ablöse beträgt VB 140€ (Lichtundurchlässige Vorhänge, zusätliche Regale usw.).
Eine Besichtigung ist noch heute (Sonntag) möglich oder Werktags ab 18Uhr.
