Hallo,
ab Mitte Januar wird meine Wohnung an der Berrenrather Straße frei. Mit dabei sind ein großer Balkon zur Straße raus und ein trockener Kellerraum. Im Mietvertrag stehen 29 m², die Pantryküche ist mit im Zimmer und wird mitvermietet. Im Bad ist eine Dusche und eine gute Abluftanlage, da es kein Fenster gibt.Die Kaltmiete beträgt 345, für die Nebenkosten wären 70€ fällig, Außerdem ist eine Kaution von 1000 € zu zahlen. Zusätzlich dazu habe ich immer 32 € Strom bezahlt, der aber selber angemeldet werden muss.Der Vermieter möchte außerdem eine Elternbürgschaft (Wohnsitz der Eltern in Deutschland) sowie eine Kopie des Personalausweises. Studenten werden bevorzugt behandelt.Meldet euch einfach per email dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Viele Grüße Amelie
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Dm, Rossmann,Edeka,Rewe,Aldi, Naturata und Alnatura.Bis zur STR 18 sind es 5min, bis zur 13 7min. Sowie zwei Buslinien.
