ich suche eine Nachmieter*in für diese kleine, feine Wohnung.
Besonderheiten sind, eine Elektrodusche in der Küche und ein sehr geräumiges Hochbett. So werden die 30 qm perfekt genutzt. Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet, Hochbett und ein paar Regale bleiben gegen Abschlag von 250 Euro drin. Auch über den Küchenschrank können wir sprechen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus eines 6 Parteienhauses. Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen mit im Haus.
