Hallo Zusammen,
ich möchte meine geliebte 1-Zimmer-Wohnug ab sofort abgeben.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss (Zwischenhaus), liegt direkt am Hausgang.
Sie hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine separate kleine Küche und ein ca. 20 m2 Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit einem riesen Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geeignet für Studenten, Die Uniklinik in 10 min, Zentralbibliothek in 15 min zu fuß erreichbar.
Sie liegt sehr zentral in Sülz. Man braucht 4 min bis zur Linie 9 und 8 min bis zur Linie 18.
In der Nähe sind Lidl (4 min) Netto (6 min) und Rewe (8 min), sowie die Berrenrather und Zülpicher Straße mit viele Restaurants und Eisdielen.
Die Wohnung ist noch nicht gekündigt, deswegen suche ich einen Untermieter, der die Wohnung und die Möbel (800€) endgültig übernimmt.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort Bezugbereit. Leider zurzeit ohne Internet, aber man kann vom netten Nachbarn das Internet vorübergehend nutzen.
