Die Wohnung besteht aus einem größeren Vorraum mit einem Podest, das nicht entfernt werden kann, einem kleinen Wannenbad mit Tageslicht, einem Hauptraum und einer kleinen Küche. Die genannten Räume liegen hintereinander. Sie ist im Dachgeschoss (3.OG ohne Aufzug) ruhig im Hinterhaus in Richtung Osten.
Im Haus gibt es einen Waschkeller, in dem für jede Wohnung ein Waschmaschinenstellplatz vorhanden ist und ein kleiner Trockenraum.
Zu dieser Wohnung gehört kein weiterer Kellerraum und es gibt keinen Balkon.
Die Linie 9 ist in etwa 5-8 Minuten erreichbar, Linie 18 und 13 in 8-15 Minuten.
Uns ist besonders wichtig, dass die künftige MieterIn tatsächlich NichtraucherIn ist und keine Haustiere hält und alleine einzieht.
Die Vormieterin möchte eventuell Möbel überlassen, dies müßte aber im persönlichen Kontakt mit ihr abgeklärt werden und ist keine Bedingung.
