Hallo,
wir möchten hiermit unsere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende März inserieren. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine 49qm 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit großer Loggia. Da wir mittlerweile umgezogen sind, ist die Wohnung leergeräumt und enthält weder Mobiliar noch eine Küche, woraus sich der günstige Mietpreis ergibt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Rheincenter Köln (3 min Fußweg). Gleicherweise ist die Haltestelle Weiden Zentrum 3 und der Bahnhof Lövenich 10 Gehminuten entfernt, darüberhinaus gibt es auch eine gute Busverbindung in die Innenstadt.
Die Voraussetzungen:
- Die Wohnung darf ausschließlich nur von zwei Personen bezogen werden
- Rauchen auf der Loggia erlaubt
-Kaution: 150€
