It is a studio room that faces the garden, and has 3 big windows, therefore, you can enjoy sunlight even though you are in the house.
In the kitchen area, there are 8 different cupboard（5 big size, 2 medium size, 1 small size）to store your belongings. Also a mini fridge and microwave and mini stove.
Heater is under the ground (floor heating) so you don't have to worry about winter. And the room is newly furnished. However, you have to get your own mattress because there is a bed but no mattress. There is a big wardrobe and a bookshelf.
In the bathroom there is a shower head and comes with a shower curtain.
The building is only takes about 5 mins walk to the Weiden Schulstr. station. From there you take Line 1 towards the city center. Weiden Zentrum, a very big shopping mall, is one station away from Weiden Schulstr but you can also walk there, and it will take about 10 mins. There, you can find supermarkets like Netto and Rewe, a food- court, and other restaurants, Starbucks, other shops like Apple Store, H&M, etc.
If you are Spoho student, it only takes about 7 mins to go to school by train, so it is very convenient for you and about 24 mins train ride to city centre, Neumarkt.
As for Wifi, I had to get the Wifi myself under contract. If you wish to take over the wifi, then we can discuss the transfer of names.
