Zum 1.5. wird meine wunderschöne 36qm Wohnung in Köln-Weiden frei!
Wenn jemand Interesse hat, schlage ich ihn gerne als Nachmieter vor.
Die Wohnung hat 1,5 Zimmer und kostet aktuell 400€ kalt + 100€ NK (inkl. Heizung) + 30€ Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz.
Ein paar Möbel (2 Schränke, 1 Regal, 1 Kommode...) und eine Einbauküche mit Kochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle gehören zur Ausstattung.
Die Wohnung ist gegliedert in einen großen Raum mit einer abgetrennten Schlafnische. Hier passt theoretisch auch ein 1,4m breites Bett passgenau hinein.
Außerdem hat sie einen kleinen überdachten Balkon, auf dem sich im Sommer super grillen lässt.
Waschmaschine und Trockner gibts mit Münzautomat im Keller.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung an den ÖPNV (KVB Linie 1 zu Fuß in 5 Minuten, (H) Bahnstr., S-Bahn zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, von dort kommt man in 12 Minuten zum Hbf).
An der (H) Bahnstr. ist auch ein Bäcker, ein Alnatura und ein Penny-Markt. Wer mehr braucht, geht in 10 Minuten zum Rheincenter.
Der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ist aktuell von mir an einen Nachbarn untervermietet, der auch weiterhin Interesse daran hätte. Das würde die Mietkosten für euch dann etwas senken.
