Hallo! First sorry for the English, I'm an foreign student and can't speak German. I plan to move latest in October so I want to find someone to take over this great appartment. If you can move earlier that would be perfect too (August or September). The appartment is right next to the 12 line and bus stops that will take you to university or wherever you need to go in 10 min. Also you have Netto and Penny really close, so it's very easy to get whatever you need. The appartment is really bright as you can see in the pictures. I will leave all the furniture that you can see in the pictures, except for the whiteboard, that is: desk, 2 big chairs, 2 small chais, bed (can be made a double bed, it has a double mattress), kitchen folding table, all the kitchen stuff (cutlery, pans, etc.), closet, shelves (one in the living room, one in the entrance and one in the bathroom), oven/microwave and washing machine (used just a few times). So the person who takes over the place would have to buy that. The rent is 463.68 a month, which includes water and heating.
