Hello,
I am subletting my appartment for a period of 7 months as I am going to work abroad.
You would have a small bathroom with a shower and a toilet golf to practice your putt.
The full appartment is arranged in a L shape with a long corridor having the kitchen and a dinning table leading to a desk and the bed.
The kitchen being small it is still quite well furnished with cooking plates, an electric oven, a microwave, a rice cooker, a toaster and a boiler, trust me with those you can already become an home chef.
I also have quite some plants that I'll be entrusting to your good care. You'll have your own washing machine and all the room for your clothes in the closet.
The desk part is nice for your remote work or hard work studying hours, you'll also have a white board to draw or write your ideas.
Finally, a big bed (2 single mattress) with a facing TV screen that you can connect if you have the cable, it is possible that I buy a chrome cast to use it with netflix in the meantime. And also there is a nice SONOS sound system.
Located in Zollstock in a really quiet street, the only disturbance is the trash truck passing by once" a week around 9 am.
There is several options for groceries nearby with 2 rewe, 1 lidl and even one eco-responsible market. There is an open air market every Thursday.
The closest tram station is Herthastrasse on the 12, litteraly 2 mins walking from the appartment, and you can reach the 18 after a 10 min walk.
If you have a bike, I personally park mine just in front of the apt, and if you have a car there is plenty of free parking spot in the street and even in the neighborhood.
Finally, the neighbors are also really quiet and I never had any complaint for listening to music even when it was quite loud.
Important reminder this is a sublet offer !
The rent for the apt is 475e + 75e for electricity and wifi which are paid by myself bringing the total rent to 550e. I ask for 2 months deposit and I am looking for someone truthworthy.
If possible I would prefer someone who stays for the 7 months. Moving in and moving out are flexible.
