Ich vermiete meine Einzimmerwohnung in Köln-Zollstock für die sechs Monate vom 1.4.-30.9., da ich in dieser Zeit nicht in Köln sein werde.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und enthält eine Waschmaschine, W-Lan, einen 45-Zoll-Fernseher mit Blu-Ray-Spieler und Fatboy-Sitzsack, und einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Die anderen Mieter im Haus sind größtenteils zwischen 20 und 40 und ruhig, es wäre also wünschenswert, dass mein*e Untermieter*in in dieses Profil passt.
Die Wohnung ist zu beiden Seiten vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt, im Sommer also angenehm kühl.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Pohligstr., von wo aus man mit der Linie 12 direkt in die Innenstadt kommt.

I'm subletting my one-room apartment in Cologne-Zollstock for six months, April 1-September 30, since I won't be in Cologne during that time.
The apartment is fully furnished and contains a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a 45" TV with Blu-Ray player and beanbag, and a balcony with a view onto the shared garden of the house.
The other tenants are largely between 20 and 40 years old and quiet, it would therefore be desirable for the person taking my room to fit into that profile.
The apartment is protected from direct sunlight in all directions, which makes it nice and cool in the summer.
Right in front of the house is the tram stop Pohligstr., where you can take line 12 to get directly into the city center.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Zollstock, die Haltestellen Pohligstr. und Herthastr. (Linie 12) sind zu beiden Seiten in jeweils 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schräg gegenüber ist ein gutes indisches Restaurant, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden.
Zollstock ist ein ruhiges Veedel, und die Wohnung ist optimal schallgeschützt; auch aus diesem Grund sollte diese Anzeige eher den ruhigeren Typ Mensch ansprechen.
The apartment is in the heart of Zollstock, you can reach the subway stations Pohligstr. and Herthastr. (Line 12) in only 3 minutes by foot. There's an excellent Indian restaurant just on the other side of the street, and good shopping options in easy reach.
Nichtraucherwohnung; geraucht werden kann auf dem Balkon.
Es gibt einen Keller, in dem man sein Fahrrad abschließen kann.
Haustiere sind nicht vorgesehen.
Eventuell kann die Untermiete auch verlängert werden.
