Studio in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Ehrenfeld in Köln

Ich bin Softwareentwickler und werde mindestens 5 Jahre in Köln bleiben. Ich suche ein Studio in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Ehrenfeld in Köln. Ich rauche nicht, habe keine Haustiere, bin nicht laut und gut organisiert. Ich bin bereit, bis zu 650€ zu zahlen, alles inklusive (Internet, Heizung, Wasser, Strom usw.). Ich bin eine sehr respektvolle Person, die versucht, Deutsch zu lernen, da ich vor einem Monat mit meinem Vertrag gekommen bin. Ich lege SCHUFA (request now) , Vertragsschreiben und Gehaltsabrechnung vor.

I am a software engineer who is going to stay a minimum of 5 years in Köln. I am looking for a studio close to Ehrenfeld train station in Cologne. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, I am not noisy and I am organised. I am willing to pay up to 650€ all included (internet, heat, water, electricity, etc). I am a very respectful person trying to learn German as I came a month ago with my contract. I provide SCHUFA (request now) , contract letter and payslip.
