Ich (26, Studentin & Lehrerin mit Elternbürgschaft, eigenem Einkommen, WBS und Schufa (request now) -Auskunft) suche ab sofort oder bis zum 1.11. eine Wohnung in oder um Köln (bis 45 Minuten Fahrtzeit in etwa).
Sie sollte max. 350 Euro warm kosten, min. 28 qm groß sein und möglichst ruhig liegen.
