Ich suche eine kleine Bruchbude die leicht zu finanzieren ist.
Also zählt vor allem die Gesamtmiete.
Wichtig ist auch das es ein gesundes Umfeld ist also dein Schimmel an der wand.
So eine 13-30m² Studentenbude wäre gut.
Die whonung werde ich für 1-3 jahre brauchen.
